About me

Hi, I am Rajvi. I am an artist, designer, and researcher exploring the cultural and societal impact of emerging technologies.

Trained in Design Communication and Interaction Design at UAL, my practice moves between research-led installations and user-centred digital design. I examine how technological systems, particularly artificial intelligence, shape power, perception, and public discourse. I approach these systems not as neutral tools, but as cultural objects embedded within economic, political, and regulatory structures.

Alongside my research practice, I work as a UI and UX designer, creating digital products and systems across industry contexts. My background in user experience design informs how I construct speculative installations, with close attention to interaction design, interface logic, and audience flow. At the same time, my research practice strengthens the critical lens I bring to digital systems and product thinking.

My work has been exhibited internationally, including at ARS Electronica (2023) and Hypha Studios in London. Recent projects such as Data, Bias and Discourse examine AI governance and media narratives, while The Trapped Soul explores the human cost embedded within green technologies.

Across both installation and interface design, I am interested in how knowledge is produced, stabilised, and contested, and in creating experiences that invite audiences to question the systems increasingly shaping collective life.
